This Privacy Policy outlines how Vxelsay. and its affiliated entities ("we", "our", or "us") collect, store, utilize, and disclose various categories of personal information:
(i) Customer Data: Personal information that we process on behalf of our business clients ("Customers") who utilize Vxelsay' cloud-based services. This includes our platforms, products, applications, API, tools, and any supplementary services (including Upgrades as defined in our Terms of Service), offered through online and mobile applications (collectively, "Platform").
We handle such Customer Data as a "data processor" acting on behalf of and under the instructions of the respective Customer, in compliance with our Data Processing Addendum. Additional details are provided in Section 9.
This Privacy Policy describes Vxelsay' independent privacy practices as a "data controller" concerning the Platform, Sites (defined below), and other services provided to Customers. It does not apply to Customer Data processing. For inquiries regarding Customer Data, please contact your account administrator(s) directly.
(ii) User Data: Personal information concerning our Customers' representatives who interact with Vxelsay regarding their account (e.g., billing contacts, authorized signatories), account administrators, and authorized Platform users (collectively, "Users").
(iii) Technology Partner Data: Information about individuals participating as candidates, applicants, or existing technology partners (including developers or technology ambassadors) who interact with our Platform, Sites, events, or other Vxelsay platforms.

Providing personal information to us is voluntary. If you prefer not to share your data or have it processed by us or our service providers, please refrain from visiting our Sites or using our Services.
You may choose not to provide "optional" personal information (not marked as "required" in form fields), though this may limit our ability to provide the full range of Services or optimal user experience.

1. Data Collection & Processing
When we refer to "personal data" in this policy, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be reasonably linked to an individual. This does not include aggregated or anonymized information that cannot be reasonably associated with an individual.

- Usage and device information: Connectivity, technical and usage data such as IP addresses, general locations derived from IP addresses, device and application data (type, OS, mobile device ID, browser version, location and language settings), user-customized IDs, activity logs, cookies and pixels installed on your device, and recorded activities of Prospects, Users, and Technology Partners in connection with our Services.
We collect this information automatically through analytics tools that track how often Prospects or Technology Partners visit or use our Sites, which pages they access, referral sources, and how Users interact with the Platform and its features. - Contact and profile information: Name, email, phone number, position, workplace, profile picture, login credentials, contractual and billing details, and other information submitted by account administrators and Users or available to us when signing up or logging into the Platform (directly or through social media or organizational Single-Sign-On), when creating User Profiles, or updating accounts.
We collect this information directly from you or from other sources such as your employer (our Customer), colleagues related to your organizational Vxelsay account, event organizers, and through professional networking tools and channels. - Communications: Information contained in forms and inquiries submitted to us, including support requests, social media interactions, event registrations, participation in our communities; survey responses, feedback, and testimonials; expressed or identified needs, preferences, and insights relevant to our engagement; and sensory information including call and video conference recordings, written correspondence, screen recordings, and related documentation that may be recorded, tracked, transcribed, and analyzed for quality control, improvement, training, and record-keeping purposes.
2. Data Uses & Legal Bases
We use personal data as necessary for Service performance ("Performance of Contract"); to comply with legal obligations ("Legal Obligations"); and to support our legitimate interests in maintaining and improving our Services, understanding usage patterns, marketing our Services, providing customer support, and protecting our Users, Customers, Prospects, Technology Partners, and ourselves ("Legitimate Interests").
